The PPTA organizational structure is composed of two branches of equal power: the Board of Officers (BOO) and Board of Directors (BOD). These work hand in hand in the realization of the Association’s mission and goals, and serve to countercheck each other in the performance of their functions.

Six officers and four directors are elected by the membership, and have tenure of two years. The PPTA President automatically sits with the newly-elected BOD after his term. Details of organizational responsibilities are stipulated in Article 3 of the PPTA Constitution and By-laws.

The incumbent officers were elected last December 2025, and shall serve the PPTA until 2027.
