

Registration Procedures
Please read through the instructions for registration:

Please take note of the registration fees for the Impetus 2019 and payment options via bank deposit and/or PayPal.

Deposit slip/s to be uploaded in the registration form for individual or group payments should contain the name/s together with the amount paid per person.

One registration form shall be completed per individual. For those who paid in groups, each delegate must accomplish the registration form individually.

All registration forms must be completed before the regular registration deadline (October 15). Participants who deposited registration fee before October 15 but did not complete and submit registration form on the said deadline will not have a guarantee slot in the convention.

Upon submission of the requirements for online registration, please expect an email with the details submitted by the delegate immediately thereafter as well as another email confirming the receipt of registration within 5 working days.

If confirmation was not received, please contact the IMPETUS 2019 Registration Committee through pptaconventions@gmail.com.

REGISTRATION shall not be considered valid WITHOUT receipt of the confirmation email.

Registration fee is non-refundable but transferable.
Reminders:
-
If payment of PHP 4,500 is made after October 15, 2019, the registrant shall be categorized under late registration, and the balance of 2,500 shall be collected during the convention.

Online registration, bank deposits and online payment shall only be accepted until October 15, 2019.

The name provided during the registration process shall be used when printing the CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE.

For local or domestic transactions, a service fee of 3.9% + PHP 15.00 will be charged on top of the required amount. Regular rates plus PayPal service fees are as follows:

PPTA Member and Undergraduate student: PHP 6,259.11

Non-PPTA Member: PHP 7,299.69

One-day registrant: PHP 4,698.24

For international transactions, the service fee is 4.4% + PHP 15.00.
